It's been crazy busy at our place over the last couple of weeks. But for the moment my house is clean, granola is cooking in the crockpot (a recipe from one of my favorite cooking sites), and all the sudden I remembered that I still have a blog.
I threw a bridal shower for my good friend Faustine last week and then we (along with her siblings and Jer) went out to eat at Hot Pot. It was a fun day! Her wedding is coming up in just a couple of weeks and I will be her Maid-of-Honor.
I made the blouse that I am wearing. Lately, I have been almost addicted to making super cute clothes or 're- purposing' an article of clothing into something else. There's something satisfying about cutting up a worn out and boring shirt and making a new adorable, stylish item. Thanks GiannyL for all the inspiration!
Rob was just ordained as a Pastor. I know I am biased, but I just love that family! The ceremony was very nice and Rob will make a great pastor!

Any time Naomi would put Jada up on the side for a break, Jada would say 'More more' and want to flop back into the pool to swim again.
Rhyan turned 1! We celebrated her birthday at the park. We love this sweet little girl! Happy Birthday Rhyan!
I couldn't resist the request 'TeeTee slide' made by a pony-tailed blondie. Every time we see Jada, she is talking more intelligible and has a larger vocabulary.
The other night, I went to the ASU game with Brandon, Gram, and Eric. It was a great game and I had a blast with Brandon, plus we won!
